Job: Paralegal / Loan Closing Specialist – Lakeland, FL

Leading agribusiness lender seeks a qualified Paralegal/Loan Closing Specialist to assist a team of commercial and corporate lending officers servicing 13 central Florida counties from our Lakeland office.
Responsibilities -

* Prepares loan closing documents for medium to complex transactions in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
* Ensures that the institution’s lien on collateral pledged for commercial loans is perfected.
* Accurately maintains various loan information databases to assure the integrity of reports to internal and external audiences.

Requirements
Paralegal / Loan Closing Specialist

Minimum qualifications include – Paralegal/Loan Closing Specialist :

* Associates paralegal degree or equivalent experience
* Outstanding computer and communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Exceptional organization skills
* Understanding the importance of legal documentation and the care needed to ensure accuracy.

Salary commensurate with experience.
