UCC and Federal Tax Lien Search
This service is free of charge 24/7 and is updated as filings are indexed on the management system. The database includes the complete UCC and Federal Tax Lien index of the Illinois Secretary of State. Some UCC images contain Social Security Numbers, Federal Identification Numbers and Banking Account or Loan numbers. As a part of our effort to provide the best quality of customer service and as a pre-caution to protect private and sensitive information, images will not be made available online at this time.
